2. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (data centre location Germany). When you visit the website, your IP address is processed technically in order to deliver the page; no permanent access log containing visitors’ IP addresses is kept (access logging is switched off). Only technically necessary error and system logs are processed and kept for a limited time (usually up to 30 days), unless they are needed in a specific case to investigate a security incident or to pursue legal claims. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner.

3. Contact by email

If you send us an email, we process your address and the content of your message in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request concerns a contract or steps prior to entering into one (for example a licensing enquiry), and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The mailbox is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We delete messages as soon as they are no longer needed to deal with your request, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Fonts and images

Fonts and images are delivered by this website itself. There is no connection to external services such as Google Fonts.

5. Cookies, storage and external content

This website does not set cookies and does not use any local storage technologies for analytics or marketing purposes. There is no audience measurement. No third-party content is embedded, not even a Spotify player. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

The website links to Spotify. Only when you click such a link does the Spotify website (Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden) open in a new tab, and Spotify’s privacy policy applies from then on.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (responsible for us: the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, LDI NRW).
